Is this enough flow for my Torch?

As the title says, just wondering if I'm giving my torch enough flow. I want to give it as much as I can without blasting everything else in the tank

It looks good to me. The one thing that they really don;t like is for the flow to be in the same direction constantly. Looking at your video the tentacles are flowing in all directions which is good.
