Uv filter placed in the back of AIO 25gallon but you can see the light through it….
Will fish be ok?

Ok cool..ya it’s almost 5am and dark in the bedroom but I saw my bf set it up in the back like that and I felt worried for the fish but he said he will turn it off and figure something out thank you!

imo no good...get a 5mm black acrylic shield to block the light....or you may have a nursery rhyme....3 blind fish

Is this a decorative blue light or true UV.

You should not be able to see the UV - it is damaging to your eyes.

Get a piece of thin solid black acrylic on eBay and cut it to slide into the back compartment blocking the light.

I actually need to do this for my sumps-refugium just to confine the lighting to one compartment.
