Anyone got a bon fire?
My husband just sent me this photo from a house he is working in. He said “THEY WONT STOP STARING AT ME!!!”

If the Goni is happy I wouldn't move it. I love and hate Gonis. When they're happy they're amazing! Then you move them and they get an infection and die overnight.... Stupid lovely beautiful cranky beasts!
You're 100% right about leaving gonis alone. But, it hates being touched by the tree. I guess I'll cut it later today and place it on some rubble. If the Goni is happy I wouldn't move it. Looks amazing under day lights. I only have a few coral that do. Only so much windex I can handle. 4 hours a day is enough. That goni is worth the love!
Yep. I'm still wondering if I should mess with the schedule so it's less blue when I'm in the room, usually in the evenings. It has usually been dimming for some time by then though, I think fake dusk is 10pm. Got blue, but not blasted with it.Looks amazing under day lights. I only have a few coral that do. I think that's the good thing about our tanks, we can adjust to our taste and to the livestock needs. You don't need a ton of white, some of us like more than others. I just grew sick of the 80/20. I am more for 60/40. Right now, currently at 75/22. This is a slow process.I'm in the other camp. I run as much blue and White balanced as is needed for adequate par and health, peaking whites early in the day when I'm not around the tanks. I prefer an 80/20 blue to white, when I'm viewing the tank. Whites trail down to 3% by 8pm. Lights don't go out until 1030
Looks like broccoli.
I still need to find some way to get my par measurements in the new tank. Anyone have a meter? The "club" I joined has a waiting list to use theirs. Or any recommendations on how to get reading done without spending 450$.I think that's the good thing about our tanks, we can adjust to our taste and to the livestock needs. I can mail out my ahhh.... Fudge... Seneye this weekend if you want. I don't know how strict they are on policy of crud. You have to have it connected to an internet source, make an account and it will do readings. I don't use the other stuff, because.. She's still yellow and black with minimal blue flakes. Hardly noticeable. I believe that's what gives them the green hue. How's Eli?
