Jeabo 3.4 doser clock is wrong

I have a Jeabo 3.4 doser. It seems like the internal clock is wrong. The time in the app is correct, but it's still dosing an hour late. I have H202 dosing from 12am to 6am. When I'm making my coffee at 6:30am, it's still going!

How do I set the clock? There isn't an option to "send time."

Wifi or non wifi? Wifi you set through the app, non wifi you have to use the arrows to set.

Wifi. I did the same thing again tonight and the dose DID go at the right time (9:00PM). I did this 2 times on Android, tonight I did it from the iPad. I'll monitor it.

hmmm, mine is also off by an hour but dont have the set time option.

Prolly has to do with device permissions. My work phone won't let me use that app outside of turning on and off due to permissions.

Exactly. I would figure there would be a "send to doser" or "sync" option

I tried on both my android phone and iPad And neither one has the option. Maybe its an older firmware.

Ok, get this. Pump 1 is correct. Pump 2 is off an hour!! I just checked and it was still dosing at 6:15 (it squeaks so I hear it). I'll just adjust the time to an hour earlier I guess.

Do they have a support email?

Seriously, I've never see anyone here stateside get after purchase support from them. If your willing to navigate the black hole of chinese & overseas support then good luck. Its one of the primary reason stuff is sold at throw away prices compared to any competitors similar product.

For the price I don’t mind working around minor issues. I just manually adjust the dosing times for daylight saving time.

That's not a problem either, it's just weird that one head works correctly
