keeping lps happy?

hey guys i’m expanding my lps collection more and more every week and i’m wondering if anyone has experience with this product? i’m just looking for other things to keep the polyps happy healthy and extended apart from the obvious stable parameters that play a big role in this.

would someone recommend using this or something else? thanks!

Yes. I'd go with @Kryptonian's advise and dose on the low side. No more than 1/2 dose every couple of days or twice a week, and monitor NO3 and PO4 for a while to gauge the effect on your parameters. Then you can adjust as you feel comfortable.

I dose a half dose twice a week. I have refugium and GFO reactor, I personally don’t see an increase of no3 or po4. Since I started using it I do see the corals looking happier. Better polyp extension on the sps and everything seems happy

I dosed a full dose about three weeks ago and let it circulate with no sump for 2 hours. Let me rephrase that. My wife ordered a full dose (I just was the one doing it), and the next day my nitrates skyrocketed. They came back down after 48 hours but I’m normally sitting around 10 and they bumped to 60.
A regular half dose twice a week will have small bumps to 15-18 nitrate then after half a day back down to 10 for me.

Just with anything, start small and test nitrates/phosphates. How much you can dose depends on your bio load.

I switch between Fuel and AB+. Like everyone else has said, 1/2 dose, and a few times a week (I alternate, but once the Fuel is out I will try just AB+)

We used to dose fuel, but once we switched to AB+ the corals are happier and there seems to be less algae growth
