I went through this recently. Have you updated the firmware to the current one? I am on ver EN 3.5.02. Seems to be working now.

I sent this to Coralvue to fix unit and sent it back with a totally different hose. Could this be why its not working? WHY??/

Yea that is mine as well. It looks weird though. Yes newest firmware. It seems now I dont get error. However, it seems not to move past 13 percent. How long should a test take? Why would it get stuck?

I had to recalibrate everything including the pH probe. I didn’t calibrate the reagent pump, though.

Yea, I calibrated all of them. How long does a test take? Like from each percentage should take a few correct? I am running one now started it at 7:54. Its at 12 percent now. Restarted it at 8:10 at 13 percent now 8:16

I am getting that drip error again lol. I ran KH test pump and getting reagent made sure tip is correct. I am going to try run test again. It shouldnt take more than 30 minutes I would say correct? When your dkh is higher would imagine takes longer.

I still getting this drip error makes no dang sense.

It is at 19 percent adding reagent but the magnetic stirrer not running is this normal? DKH keeps rising but unit dont move past 19 percent.. ugh this is so frustrating to say the least

Are you watching it on the app or the unit. Sometimes the app does not update the percentage right. The stirrer will tune on and off during the time it is dispensing reagent. So it is not always on.

My unit is stuck on 19 percent for 1 hour DKH says now 12.75 and I know that isnt the case. This is driving me nuts. I did factory reset twice; recalibrated unit and still. It says its adding reagent. Dont it suppose to move during this?

App and Unit both say 19 percent; I dont know if I should stop it or let it continue.
