LED upgrade?

I'm wanting to go from 500w MH to LEDs. I like the 120w 55 LED units. I can put 2 over my 120g 24x24x48. How strong do the white LEDs need to be? The units I'm considering are 8000k-10000k for the whites and 440nm-460nm on the blue.

Do you have a link to the particular lights you are considering? There is a lot of variation between them.
