LEDs for 28 gal nano

I have an 28 gal JBJ nano which is currently not in use . I would like to get rid of the lid and suspend an LED light over it. It could either hang from the ceiling or be clipped on to the tank. I would be doing a reef tank, so I need something decent but affordable, if those 2 words can be used in the same sentence.

I'm currently using a Kessil A160WE over my NC 28G and it has been able to keep all my corals very happy and colorful. The shimmer is amazing on these lights. And the colors are awesome on all my corals. My rainbow acans look amazing under it.

I took the rim off my NC 28G too, which looks much better with my Kessil on top with a gooseneck. Good luck.

+1 for the kessil. I have one on my biocube 29 and love the shimmer and color.

Look for a second hand one. They are some great deals out there. Keep an eye out in the hardware classifieds.

I have the AI Prime on my 28 JBJ. The mount sucks, hard to keep level. Had to modify mine, it was easy. Just ran a wire to the wall to pull it tight. Easy to program from web browser. No extra controller to plug in. I do like the kessil, pretty slick design.

I have a Kessil A150'with gooseneck for $125 shipped. Only used it for frag swaps which I am not doing any more so I have no need for the light. Lmk if it interests you.
