Looks like an Indonesian specimen to me...It never occurred to me to post a picture of him when he is not flashing, for ID purposes.
Here is a non flashing picture of him. Can anybody help in narrow down the region where he is from?

Juvenile Pseudodax moloccanus.
Well....I tried but knew I was wrong after the second photo!Juvenile Pseudodax moloccanus.
Yup....Chiseltooth another wrasse that looks nothing like its adult coloration.
Cirrhilabrus lubbocki. From CebuCamera shy so best i can get, other side is more dashed lines, store had no clue either but i liked coloring and interaction with its tank mates.
Not by coincidence, but when it was first documented, it was thought to be a Cirrhilabrus. It wasn't until later it was corrected to Paracheilinus. Not a question but thought I might point out this beauty.
A flasher with marking more like a fairy.
