I’m looking for a light for my saltwater aquarium I have a 120 cmx 55cm x 53cm tank I was looking at the TMC iLumenAir connecet+ or the Al Blade coral grow LED wondering if anyone has used them lights and would recommend them or if anyone has any recommendations for any other lights I ideally wanna spend max £600

Depends in coral in the tank really. Youll need likely two units give the length of the tank if you want even light output. I would do a pair of ecotech XR15s or prim 32/16s personally. AI Blades are good lights and would give you the coverage needed, but may not be enough for SPS.

That is a long aquarium, either you get bars, ie the ai blades, or a big fixture.
Another option is getting two smaller lights.
It all depends on the style you are going for, full coverage? One island in the middle with a spotlight effect? Two islands? What type of corals or macroalgae?

as mentioned above, need to know what you want to grow to make helpful recommendations.

a single bar is probably not a great choice that wide and deep. A kessil ap9x ( https://amzn.to/4iogVrz ) will grow just about anything you want in a tank that size, but may be overkill depending on what corals you want. If you want a budget light that works great and can grow anything check out the noopsyche k7: https://noopsychereeflight.com/prod...RGeiQJNKq29xi0BLyWSUOPUjCYsvreEhTv4vv_FDsfya8
I only wanna grow LPS and soft coral, I went with 2 Red Sea reef led 90 and have 2 islands that will sit under the lights
