I’m looking for a light for my saltwater aquarium I have a 120 cmx 55cm x 53cm tank I was looking at the TMC iLumenAir connecet+ or the Al Blade coral grow LED wondering if anyone has used them lights and would recommend them or if anyone has any recommendations for any other lights I ideally wanna spend max £600

Depends in coral in the tank really. Youll need likely two units give the length of the tank if you want even light output. I would do a pair of ecotech XR15s or prim 32/16s personally. AI Blades are good lights and would give you the coverage needed, but may not be enough for SPS.

Another option is getting two smaller lights.
It all depends on the style you are going for, full coverage? One island in the middle with a spotlight effect? Two islands? What type of corals or macroalgae?

a single bar is probably not a great choice that wide and deep. A kessil ap9x ( https://amzn.to/4iogVrz ) will grow just about anything you want in a tank that size, but may be overkill depending on what corals you want. I ended up getting 2 Red Sea reef Led 90 I’m planning on two islands, I only plan on getting LPS and soft corals for the time being
