Lighting for 20 gallon

I just got some new lighting for my 20 gallon and I want to know if it is strong enough for my corals. I currently have Xenia, green star polyps, and mushroom corals. And I just bought some button polyps. Here is the lighting, it is a standard 20 gallon so 24"x12"x16". I want to know if the light is strong enough to also penetrate the glass cover I have over the aquarium or if I need to open top it or do a new cover. Thank you!
