Lights not found in app

Hey Orphek,

I just bought some v1 (I think) and was told hey were upgraded to v4. Anyway I have them plugged in and they turn on but when I put the gateway in the app it’s found but when it says search for lights, I have no luck. It never finds them.....
Any ideas from anyone.

Got it resolved. Can’t wait to get them hung.

Quick photo after I got them hung today. 16 inches up in acclimation mode. Question, when I selected acclimation mode it had times already programmed in. Is that normal? I don’t mind the times it had just wasn’t sure if all the modes had that or if it was from he previous user(lights are used)

All of their other programs with the Gen4 v1 and v2 have preset times associated to them. You can change them to your preferred start/end points as desired.
Not Sure if the app we’re using is the same but if they're upgraded to gen 4 I would think we are.
