Im looking to add more colors of zoas and maybe another type of coral to my 7 month old 2.5 pico, I would like something with a vibrant red color, do any of you have recommendations for it? IMG_6432.jpeg

forest fire digitata is a good option, also check out micromussa, their default color is a shade of red/orange generally.

I think you're looking for a phytoplankton blend that has high phycoerythrin content to make the fluorescent colors pop. I recommend the HBLF 'Cosmopolitan' phytoplankton blend. There will be an explosive change in color. I have two pictures of a bottle. I'll post them when I get home. Please remind me if I forget. The Cosmopolitan has restored intense reds and blues to once muted coral.

I would not add any branching SPS to a 2.5 pico, unless that was all you wanted in it and want to prune it every week.

Red Goni for flowy, if you want something encrusting, Darth Maul Porites. Mine grows great and has a vivid red coloration. Not sure how strong your light is though, my Darth Maul is in about 230-240 par and pretty decent flow.
