hi guys, so I'm looking for some lps corals that prefer higher flow and light what would you recommend? Thanks

Unfortunately, it is hit or miss. Most LPS, within reason of course, can become accustomed to higher par light with time, but they may change color to combat it. As long as they aren't getting directly blasted by high flow, they can handle higher flow. I have a TSA Black Panther torch in 200 par with a tank turnover of 40+. I have acans in the same tank. The key is to slowly acclimate them.

Got a picture of the black panther torch? I can’t find any images of one :(

It is the same as a Cherry Corals NY Knicks, I would take a picture of mine, but I can never do it justice.
