no, they are from a local reefer... they have the same lineage from the ones I got from you that came from my original frag 2 years ago... they were just under 10k lighting that's why they look very pale... the new babies should be the deep purple ones w/ bright green skirts... :)
yeah, the Peace is doing very well.. it's budding new heads too...

just wanted to announce that the journey for the 32g has ended... :( :( :(
moved most of the corals and fishes on the 28g where they will spend a few months until the bigger tank upgrade... :)

New Tank Specs and GOALS... my main reasoning in setting up this tank is for its simplicity and ease of husbandry... the past few months, I've had a very hectic schedule with family and work... I'm very sad to tear down the 32g after running it for almost 4 years but am very excited about this new project... I finished moving my fishes and corals last night.. I wasn't able to fit all my corals so today, I wrote a list of my mature/semi mature corals to include in my project.. when I had the 32g, I constantly have frags all over so this time, I plan on dedicating more time in keeping my tank as a "Reef Tank" with minimal frag on the sand bed.. man, this is gonna be hard... ;) anyway, I'll have pics tonight... :D
Tank: 28g JBJ w/ NanoTuners upgrade
Lighting: 150w MH DE (20k Radium bulb); (2) 18w PC actinics; (4) Moonlights
Skimmer: Tunze Nano DOC 9002
Fuge: AquaFuge Medium size w/ chaeto
Controller: Neptune AC JR
Top Off: Tunze Osmolator
Chiller: JBJ 1/15 HP

A very good challenge. I find it hard to let go of all the frags on my SB as well. So many morphs so little space...

I'll have the 12g JBJ as a grow out tank... I'll grow frags there and when good enough size, that's when I'll put them in the main tank.. I guess that's good quality control as well.. :)

I'm getting a lot of micro bubbles from the AquaFuge's return.. anybody has any suggestion on how to eliminate the micro bubbles? I plan on finding a small filter sock to help with it... btw, the frags on the sand bed are the ones I don't know what to do with... they're on the list to either go on the 12g or to be sold... thanks for looking... any inputs will be appreciated... :)
I'm just guessing but your probably going to change the rocks around a bit. That Leather is taking up alot of space in the middle there, i suggest putting extra rock where it is so you can add more coral there and put the leather up higher with the additional rock(s) or put it on the SB to the right or left.
