Maxspect light program

I have maxspect r 420 160 watt 2 fixture runing on 6 ft long tank any one can guide me to programing for this light curttnly i use
9.am 0 0
12.30 pm 30 85
3.30 pm 65 85
8.00 pm 30 60
10.00 pm 0 1
11.30 pm 0 0
Few coral i have alage going on backside glass po4 0 nitrate 0 amoina 0
Then what is the issue on my
tank

You need a light meter.

If you don't have one, start with a free lux meter app for your smartphone. It uses the camera's light sensor to compute a regular lux reading. I would also order an "LX-1010B" (or similar) handheld lux meter. Less than $15, better readings, safer to use around saltwater than your phone! :)

Surface measurements around or over 30,000 lux should be fine.
