Medusa worm verification and question

So, about a week ago I found a medusa worm in my fuge. I freaked out, and grabbed him. He broke in half but I got all parts of him out. My system is fishless right now so no casualties were suffered. Now, I found ANOTHER one but this time he is in my DT. This is a medusa worm right? And is he the one that made those little tunnel things on the side of my zoas? If not then what are they?!

Yea, looks like the Synaptula Lamperti.
I have no idea what that lump of crap is below it. Possibly some branching sponge or tube worms of some sort.

Oh that white stuff under him is glue lol. The tubes are in the second picture

Yea, thats what I was referring too. I can't really tell for sure what they were.
