Update this week.. did a change in my aquascaping. I was leaning towards the island look but prefered a simple low rock work look. Thoughts anyone?

This looks really nice. It will give plenty of height for corals to use and for fish to swim.

Thats what I was aiming for. I like the island look but then i only have 3 feet to play with. It can look nice with the island if ill aim sps heavy though.

It looks awesome with both rock layouts. I prefer the lower myself and it will allow for plenty of swim room and coral growth like others have pointed out. JP

Thats the goal [emoji4]. Im not sure though i should add more smaller rocks or just leave it be. And if to add or not to add substrate. I like the sterile look but then i have a scratch on the bottom glass that i want to hide. Aaaah decisions decisions.

I run it simple. Added a marine pure block. Tried the display frame case for my vortech controllers just to see but i am not liking it so i might just conceal it in the stand. Installing my GHL controller, khd director and GHL dosers by the end of the week. I am currently debating if i should mount a shelf inside the stand or have an acrylic stand so i can have my dosing containers underneath it. Any of your ideas are welcome. [emoji4]

Slow progression but something. Cycle just finished two days ago and i added about 15 lbs. of Fiji pink aragalive sand just enough so it isnt soiled with a think sandbed. Just personal preference. Also added the caribsea belize branch rock. Thre in one of my trochus from the nano just to clear some algae build up. I will be waiting for another week to throw some of my LPS corals from the nano to test the waters.
