I had this coral for that past two years that started as one head. The heads would really inflate, but in the last two weeks it has looked like the photo. Can anybody tell me if something is wrong. My water parameters are stable and all other corals look good. There have been no additional fish or inverts added to the tank. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not doubting you, just asking what everyone will ask...what are the stable parameters? Any temp or salinity swings?

My not so scientific answer is, sometimes corals seem to do weird things and then are fine. I had an acan do something very similar to this and then was fine and grew some new heads.

If anything else, hopefully this bumps it up and gets you a better answer :)

Thanks for the reply. My Parameters are stable at:
Salinity 1.026
Alkalinity 7.9-8.1
Calcium 440-460
Nitrates near 0
Phosphates .20 I know it’s a bit high, but my corals seem to love it.

I dose using the Red Sea recipe for mixed reef
