I didn’t have a QT tank so I put her in a large Tupperware, I’ve had her since last October and she always thrived. I have a 75g tank and all of the parameters are normal, she’s always hiding in her little hole and she only comes out to eat, but today she was found laying on the sand barely moving, latest tank addition was a snowflake eel, which is always minding his business, could it be gill flukes or ich? All other fishes look normal.

I can't speak to why the poor guy was just laying around on the sand, but the coloration definitely tells me that it is one stressed out fish. That's the same coloration both of mine had when first bringing them home from fish store.

Hope your guy gets better. Midas Blenny is one of my most favorites.

Agreed, it has stress coloration.

Do you have a flow-through net box that you could hang in the tank for it? Keeping it in an unfiltered container is just going to add to its stress.

Can you tell if it is breathing fast?

Since it was not swimming, it is in a very bad way, there may not be anything you can do for it at this point.

Yes I do have a little flow through box, I noticed her tail was a little messed up, I woke up this morning she was yellow again but she might have gotten scared with my footsteps and turned brown

Did it swim like this for a long time? That seems to show a neurological issue, and the stress marks are pretty apparent.

I presume it isn't eating?
