I have a chalice that i brought a few years back and wanted to know if it the real deal Monster Mash. It sure is a slow grower compare to the Red Watermelon and Tyree Pink.
Here is a photo so feel free to comment on this.

No Austin I mean compare to the Tyree Red and Pink Watermelon this thing grows real slow. I have it under medium low light. I am gonna move it to higher lighting see if i can get it to color up.
It does have the green rim it just curl under.

I see, cause both od those chalcies grow so fast,we sell them for $50 for a 2-3 eye frag around here.

This thing looks really slow. But I agree, the Red just dosent seem bright like the ones I have seen, but that dosent mean anythign at all.

Lighting and camera skills play a big role in that. Here's a pic of mine. It's not super bright.

I've had it be bright pink in my tank too before. Like I said, it can vary depending on all sorts of factors. These frags were ridiculously bright in my tank. I don't think my current piece gets enough light...acro growth is blocking more and more light. I may move it up.
