Perhaps I missed this, but how old is this system? The rock and frag rack looks like Amazon shipped it two days ago. Since you have a nitrate reading, you must have bacteria somewhere, but if it is as new as it looks, your nitrogen cycle is going to bounce around a fair amount and stress the animals.

It can be managed, but you will have to be very careful.

And has been said before, a static level of .17/20 PO4 to NO3 shouldn't bother any corals. It will just encourage nuisance algae eventually.

What will bother the corals is volatility in nutrient levels. Thus my tank maturity question.
