I’m curious on what your most intriguing inhabitant is in your tank or has been in your whole hobby of reef keeping. Now this can be anything from CUC, pests all the way through to monster fish.
I’ll start with mine. Overall, my most interesting fish to watch, research and own has been Hoplolatilus chlupatyi. I had only come across this fish in person in November 2021 and had kept it until March 11th. This was a beautiful fish and wish I could come across more like it but dang they’re sought after currently and as soon as one pops up it’s taken almost instantly!

As for currently owned species, my number one species is my Griessinger Goby. This guy is mainly nocturnal however I have caught him out in the day sometimes. This has to be one of my favourites (if not my favourite) gobies I’ve ever owned. Only thing that could ever top it is if I got my hands on an even rarer species such as the peppermint goby.

You always have the neatest fish! I saw a mature black cap basslet today that was a few years old - it had the neatest colors I've ever seen (more blue than purple).
I’ve never seen a black cap with more blue than purple, it sounds beautiful and look a great show piece.

Blue, purple and a black stripe down the top. Was a good 3" in length as well.
Wow! Never thought a black cap could sound so beautiful, wonder if as they age they get more blue on them?

Also thanks about my guys, I’ve never loved a fish more than the two I mentioned (Although my foxface is a VERY close 2nd to the Tilefish).

I honestly didn't know what I was looking at initially, because it was blue like a damsel on the bottom and purple like a royal gramma in the middle.

I'm looking at possibly adding a small one spot foxface this weekend or waiting for a metallic one.

Personally I’d wait for a metallic/S. magnificus but that’s just me love for that species (And the Tongan Blacks but they’re almost never imported).
Absolutely love this guy for the colours and how they change drastically when asleep or stressed.

I have to look at the price difference... $230 vs. $130 for the one spot. Do you know if you can have more than one rabbitfish? Any issues with coral nipping if I keep them well fed?

If kept well fed then they shouldnt go for coral. I have never tried to personally keep several rabbits in the same tank however did know someone who had 12 rabbits (Foxfaces included) in either an 8’ or 12’ tank (I can’t quite remember what the size of tank was but it was somewhere between those two).
