If you don’t mind me asking…. how did you send your initial email to them asking about fixing it without cost?? I would love to know since I need it as well!

I asked if they repairs wetsides, they said yes. I then got a RMA and sent it in. Don't expect it to be free as ecotech will do it at their discretion, I was planning to pay for it to be repaired and got lucky.
