My Cheato is not growing? please help..

hi

my cheato is not growing... i put a regular light from ebay...

b4 is growing, one time when i check all my cheato is dead...

now i buy a small like a tennis ball size but its not growing...

Get a better light. I got a h380 I think and my is growing like crazy. I will soon cut some and throw it out. I have a 20 gal tank full of it
