So I have a 320 gallon and it's 8'x2'x2' and I've been running viparspectras and 2 gen 2 radions that I got from my brother but I was wondering what lights I should get because I don't have the money to spend 700 per light is there any other light that y'all recommend that is more budget friendly

The gen 2 nicrew’s are a good bang for the buck plus you can link them and use their controller for all kinds of adjustments and time functions

I'll second the nicrew gen 2's. Four of the 150 or 200 watts would be a good start. Plus they have a bluetooth dongle coming out at the end of the year that allows for 8 channel control, including moonlight. (or so I have read)

Not sure what type of coral you keep. I kept a little of everything in this 6ft tank including clams and acro colony that grew from a frag under 6 noopsyche k7 III pros.

EDIT: I probably could have gotten by with less than 6 but I had to mount them low because of the canopy so I lost spread and it's a braced tank so I just put two over each opening. I was getting 300 par on the bottom left where I had clams on the sand.

They did so well I moved them over to my new 84x30x25" tank. Mostly softies with a few lps on the bottom amd a couple of monticaps that are growing.
