For a refugium I'll buy a 80x40x40 35 gallon tank, 600g of macroalgae, 4.5 liters of tigger copepods 1L "normal" copepods and that should be good to populate the tank right?

I would like to get a dragon face pipefish and Slocke said you got one recently? I was thinking one or two in an 80 gallon but in terms of pods 1might be best
I have a blue stripe pipefish.

If you have enough pods you could have a pair in a 80g.

If anyone wants to suggest anything, here are all the fish that are available in my area that might be suitable for my tank. The ones crossed off are all that I have decided unfit for the tank.
Gobies: Blue streak goby, yellow clown goby, green clown goby, black clown goby, yellow watchman goby, diamond watchman goby, orange stripe prawn goby, pinkbar goby, yasha hase goby, sleeper banded goby, two spot goby, wheeler's watchman goby, orange spotted goby.
Blennies: Pictus blenny, lawnmower blenny, bicolor blenny, black combtooth blenny, harptail blenny.
Wrasse: sixline wrasse, yellow banded possum wrasse, white banded possum wrasse, yellow coris wrasse, green wrasse, carpenter's flasher wrasse, naoko fairy wrasse.
Pipefish: Dragonface pipefish, banded pipefish.
Misc fish: Flying jet seamoth, small flying gurnard.
add a naokos! They are amazing, peaceful for the most part and are speed machines! They dart around like no ones buisness and dive pods and stuff off the floor

looks fine, just a few less invertsand btw,id add a larger fish as a "star" of the tank. Pipefish wont be able to compete
In terms of inverts what would you remove? I might not do the harlequin shrimp but I would really like to. As I have previously stated I don't like big fish so the yellow banded possum wrasses are the stars. It will be a big nano aquarium :)

They would outcompete for pods with the other 5-7 pod eaters right? Also wouldnt it be aggressive towards the smaller possum wrasse?
