Neptune Trident BAD ALK RANGE Error Help please !!!!!!

I just changed the reagents and ran a calibration on the Trident and when it went into the first test after the calibration it had a bad alk reading. I have tried reinstalling the reagents, priming the sample line Im lost what can i do to resolve this issue

I had the same issue with Ca one time. Resetting the power on the Trident fixed it for me.

Thank you I just fixed it. I reset the power and also noticed my Alk was out of range 5.0-15.0 for the trident to test fixed that at the same time and was able to get it to read thank you
