New Critter - not sure how to google

Hi, i found this critter in my tank about a week ago and they disappeared and i found them again.

Is it good or bad to have them in the tank?

That's a common bristleworm. Good cleanup crew member. If you get too many it means you are feeding too much.

Good functionally, bad aesthetically imo. Bristle worms creep me out like centipedes.
