New light

Hello everyone , im currently using a kessil a80 as my light but im upgrading to new stronger light , since my current light cant grow corals that much , it does but at a very low rate , and i do own some acro’s but there not growing as fast as i want them to , my red sea g2 60w its on its way and my question is , with its aclimation mode will it shock my corals ? Or does anybody had any success aclimating to that specific light ?

If you set the new G2 to the intensity you want AFTER the acclimation is complete, you will be fine. Just try and start it out at a similar intensity as your current light.
