Welcome. Pics and water parameters will help like mentioned above. How long has your system been setup? What lights are you using and at what intensity if LEDs? What are you using for filtration and nutrient export? How big is your system and what fish and/or coral do you have?

Remove as much as you can by hand. I have had success using liquid Vibrant.
what clean up crew do you have currently and what size tank?

Remove as much as you can by hand. I have had success using liquid Vibrant.
