New tank

Hi I'm new here and I was hoping to find someone local to help me out. I haven't had a reef tank for about 15 years but my son just started one (ok, he mentioned it would be cool to have one and Ive been throwing money at it ever since). Anywho, we were hoping that someone would be kind enough to take a scoop of substrate out of their tank to seed ours with. I'm in elk Grove CA. If anybody's close and willing to help, please let me know. Thanks.

By Elk Grove do you mean Elk Grove, IL? I'm not that close to you but I do get that way sometimes. If you can't find anyone, I could probably help you out. Another option would be to look for a local Reef Club and ask in their forum. We are just starting to get a club together in NWI but there has to be some in the Chicago area. Worst case, I know Aquatica in Tinley Park used to sell preseeded Ceramic media. They used to be a very good LFS but recently were sold so I'm not sure about now.
