Hey guys, just wanted to say whats up and show the progress of my budding reef. I'm actually coming from the planted world so I'm not new to the hobby. This IS my first saltwater tank though. Here's a few specs, don't hold back in the comments either! If I'm doing it wrong, let me know. I'm really just getting into this with a trial by fire mentality.
20 long DT drilled w/overflow
10 sump with fuge
Custom stand
22lbs rock, some live some not
Coral life substrate
Hydor 240 powerhead
Amazon 512 powerhead modified
500gph return pump
2 Asta 20 reef lights
1 blue led strip
Cheap grow light for the fuge
3/4 plumbing
FOWLR right now
1 Maroon Clown
Pair of saltwater Mollies
That's not all I'm sure but it'll give you guys a start on where I'm at. Oh and it's going on 3 months being set up so all parameters are perfect. I do a 30% water change every Sunday and run carbon and phosguard with filter floss. Anyway, tell me what I can do better and let me know what yall think!
