thank you all. i researched alot about doing the rock's before i started. i read so many that use portland cement, but have problems with high ph spike. even when they cure it, which takes a very long time.i do use cement in my mix, but not portland. it took me awhile to figure out the right way to take what others did and perfect. im not a store so i dont have bulk supply of it, i only make pieces and sell them as there done. also i always have people asking me to make them to fit there tank's. as too bill's question, i would hate to give my secret away,as i would not want any big companys taking what i got. hope you understand.

Holy cow i love those designs!! So i know you dont wanna share secrets but we need to know where you sell them because you have now sparked alot of interest!

thank's. i only sell to reefers like yourselves, i don't sell to stores. each piece is custom made, cause there are no molds. im not really in business. i just like making them for club members for a great price. im located in suffolk county on long island, town called coram. i useally would sell them to reefer members on the forums in the for sale side. but most of the time people just message me to have them made.some will send a pic of something they have in mind. i guess it would be wholesale, cause they aren't pricey.
most the pieces are 25.00 which is about 12'' high 8'' wide 7'' deep. unless i make a monster pieces which are about 70.00 each. sometimes i'll even to trades for equipment or livestock. i have done full set ups of rock for tanks also, like a 90 gallon tank which i only charged 250.00 as to selling here on the forums i don't know the rules yet. but love making them to any reefer member.
