Depends on the height of the tank. You would also be running 100% blue and 100% white to achieve the par levels they note. What are the tank dimensions.

I like viparspectra lights. You can have anything. One can run a small tank. They can be turned down to your needs. I think they also will last longer than nicrew strip lights.

The nicrew hyper reefs would be better than the nicrew bar light but I am assuming OP is on a tight budget.
