I am not the type that complains. I normally wait patiently. But when I am told I am getting my product at a certain day, I want it then.
I place and order for a sump back on November 12. I did it before Black Friday to make sure I was on the list before the Black Friday sales. I send my money, a sinnificant amount of money (for me) no questions ask. Then I asked for a delivery day. I was told before Christmas. No problem I know it takes time so I was ok with that. I am even taking a few day off after Christmas to have enough time to do the installation. Late last week (Thursday) I send an email requesting tracking information and I was then told that my sump is not even built yet and the shop is close for the rest of the year.
I guess no Christmas present for me.
