I got my first N-DOC and it came without postage.

This is a PITA.

I won't order another one until I can confirm this is fixed.

This is bush league amateur hour on a $50 water test.

No Triton tests used to come with postage paid. ICP tests only recently started to have postage paid.

When Triton started ICP testing the only lab was in Germany. Now they have one in CA. (They were also the first to offer ICP testing for reefs) The NDOC still gets sent to Germany, and you have never had to pay international post, since triton eats that

So you can call them bush league and come in here randomly ranting, or use a different US based company for NDOC tests…

You can send in your NDOC and ICP samples together in the same prepaid ICP package and Triton U.S. will forward the NDOC samples to Germany. It just takes another week or so. That’s what I’ve done.

Postage was paid when Triton started in the US. Then they stopped paying. Now I think they're paying? This is a link to the US wholesaler who could clear this up. [email protected]
