Non-fancy LED Lights?

Honestly I don't know anymore. They really went out of fashion once the full scale transition to led happened.
I belive eco tech makes some and I've seen a couple here but again. I really don't know.
I really think you should look at the used section. On r2r See what comes up in your price the range. I saw two older Radions here locally for under $400.
Now that you know the differences and drawbacks to each lighting system.
You know how to use is correctly.
You also have a great place to ask how to set it up if you find something cool.
That's how I got 3 ai sol over my 55g. For under 400.
That's also why I modded it to make it work the best on my tank once I put it on MY tank.
You could have just picked up three Mars Aqua for 88 bucks and it would have been absolutely fine and grown lots of corals. But it sounds like you want something cool that might do it just a bit better. I think you feel better about spending the cash too. Find a reputable seller and use PayPal.
