Noopsyche customer support

Does anyone know a better way to get in touch with noopsyche cutomer service or zach b ?

I have two noopsyche minis that i was able to connect to initially (after a ton of fiddling) when I recieved them a couple of weeks ago. But, they havent worked since then. I have messaged zach b here and emailed noopsyche a week ago but havent heard from either.

I think I recall that Zach B retired, so your best bet right now is to continue to try and contact Noopsyche directly.
Ok. Probably a lost cause then. Its strange because zaxh responded to a tracking question a couple weeks ago but live and learn I guess...

He literally just posted on Friday that he has called it quits.

When you open the app, click on the shadow person top right. Select ap connection and click save. Then select the profile lps sps whatever. I have to click the person and click save every time I open the app for it to connect. But it does work every time afterward. Make sure to open Wi-Fi on your phone and select the light when it shows up first. Hope that works for you.

I havent been able to get this to work since the day i got them. I set them up, messed with the color and schedule and set it. The next day decided they're too blue for me. Logged in to adjust, go through steps you mentioned but, when I select sps it just spins the loading icon forever like it can't connect. Idk.
