Do you guys dose nitrate with your rollers?

Long as the red sea valve is adjusted correctly, my roller has made my skimmer essentially pointless. But it's defacto keeping the water so clean, I have undetectable nitrate. This just cycled about 2 months ago, it's gone through 10g water changes every week since the cycle finished. I had not tested until couple of days ago when I was thinking about ordering my first coral pack. Nitrates were undetectable on 2 red sea kits. I'd like to get up to around 5ppm, and I was curious if people use NeoNitro to dose? What point will I start to see some nutrients in the water with my roller mat?

I used to feed heavy instead of dosing in my 120, but at this point my bioload is HIGH due to heavy stocking, so those overfeeding days are done! Now it's the fight to keep the Nitrate under 20 and the phosphate at .07-.10. I'm using a Bubble Magus roller.
