Older Black Box vs Newer Black Box

So I picked up 3 used Black Box LEDs that are around 3 years of use. Would it be better to upgrade with newer LEDs or save up for Hydra or AI Primes?

You should be ok with the leds in it. Most leds have a 50,000 hour life on them, so at three years old, even if they were left on 24/7 365 that's approximately 26,000 hours. So you should have plenty of life on them :) unless it has an led out or you want to change the spectrum on it id leave them.
