I placed Order #3517 on September 9th for a cable management box with supposedly sufficient inventory in the US for fast delivery. I have sent several emails since then with no response.

@noopsyche Can I get an update on the status of my order? I understand if things are delayed, but communication is key.

There are several people are in the same situation. We ordered and got ghosted by the company. I already filed dispute to get my money back.

There are several people are in the same situation. We ordered and got ghosted by the company. I already filed dispute to get my money back.

I figured I’d try here since they have been unresponsive to several emails. I reached out to TRSC and was told NooPsyche is still in business. I have decided to order my cabinet from TRSC and cancel my order with NooPsyche.

I had no issues with them until recently when I had a light that wouldn’t work upon arrival. They kept insisting it was my fault and not a fault with the light. After over a month of back and forth, I sent the light to TRSC for a replacement. I have six NooPsyche lights, but will never buy from them again.

So I have an update for my order. Placed an order for the cable management box on August 15th and they sent me one email after I opened a PayPal dispute. Didnt say much but printed a label on August 26th. Finally shipped and expected to be delivered today.

It seems like they are still around, just not replying much and shipping times are a little wild.

I submitted a PayPal dispute as well. I still haven’t received a response but they have until 10/13 to respond to PayPal. I already ordered the same cabinet from TRSC Aquatics and it should arrive tomorrow.

At this point, I want @noopsyche to cancel my order and refund my payment, or have PayPal refund me.

That is unfortunate. I would still get a K7 if they were still properly operational. Tariffs may have caused problems on their end.

But that does not stop them from communicating with buyers. Ignoring customers is the worst. Imagine if you have issue with the light later and try to get in touch with them. It's not worth it with this horrible customer service.

Exactly! It's not hard to shoot an email off with an update. Also they probably shouldn't put "Sufficent inventory for fast US delivery" on their website.
