I am currently trying to decide what lights I want to go with on my Reefer XL300 (36x23x22). I am trying to do this without completely breaking the bank and my budget is about $1200. So far, I have come down to the Orphek Atlantik Icon and the 32 inch ReefBreeders Photon V2 Pro. The tank will be SPS dominant. Any other suggestions that fit within my budget? I also considered the noopsyche K7 V3's but I am concerned with the durability/warranty and the app for those lights.

I wouldn’t run an SPS tank without T5. I’d say some type of T5, LED hybrid.
I hear ya, but hanging a fixture is out of the question for this tank. Needs to be a back of tank mount. I could add supplemental light bars to either the reefbreeders or orphek down the road. Both have options to do so.

Don't worry about durability at all. For example, you can see that even over $1,000 lighting on the industry, power bricks still use plastic. While the K7 PRO III is only a 140watts lighting, its power brick uses a multi-layer metal construction, not plastic, and the heat dissipation and durability are better than those over $1000. As you see even the power bricks are made of high-quality materials, so;)
As for other things you are worried about, one year warranty, free parts replacement and free shipping. As long as the ssid of your 2.4ghz lan is different from the 5ghz one, the WiFi connection will be fine. AP connection always easy to complete

Do take a look at @noopsyche which delivers insane shimmer and depth penetration.
I am an orphek person but a different tank has noopsyche K7 pro and delivers

Or you could go this route, I just built a Red Sea Reefer XL 300 G2 and I have every light you can think of. I went with an Illumagic Blaze 90.

Running a full Acropora tank, that's what I built it for.
