I want to add overflow to my biocube 32 is it possible, I also don’t want to drill it or remove the lid. Tank is already set up so I can’t move it either.

Check out Jeff at lifereef I’m sure he can make you a HOB overflow to fit the rear chamber.

Use something like a eshopps PF-300 HOB and gut the AIO insert.
 
There are HOB overflows on the market.
I used one many years ago. You can use it for many years without problems, but then you can also be unlucky and have flood if syphon brakes. It did happen to me.
