I feel this way about plants too, say in a refugium. Normal respiration needs a dark period in my opinion.

Definitely, the complete dark period is very important. My refugium light goes out 5 hours every day. At the same time, as I do not have much time with my tank at this moment I am think I can add one extra hour if I use the moonlights while only using the B, RB, UV at 5%.

Love the music choice. Upbeat, yet tranquil. Swing pop if I might. Beautiful. Now I know how u manage to travel the world and keep smiling through all the hustle and bustle knowing this is fine and dandy :) plus u can just get lost and just escape just about anywhere, in a terminal, layover, cab ride, whenever .. at the flip of an app with this.
