Philzon vs Vipraspectra?

So I have been looking around and noticed that the Vipraspectra and Philzon (165W) version look almost the same, with some minor controller differences. Are they the same manufacture? Just wondering if anyone has done any comparisons of them.

I believe BRS did a "black box" comparison video with 3 brands of boxes..
