Got this in my overflow. I thought that it was snail eggs, but been there for long time already. Anyone can help identify??

Anyone can at least narrow it down for me?? Eggs?? Sponge?? Good or bad or whatever??

Give it some time man...it's still early on a weekend day...

Though if it's been there a while... most likely not eggs, probably some kind of growth...be it sponge or whatever..... you could try posting this on reef lounge or reef central, probably have a quicker response and more replies to thoughts and possibly someone knowing if it's not known here.

I'd say sponge. I've seen something similar but it was pink. Grew on 1 rock and never moved from there. Didn't seem to harm anything.
