i just purchased these zoas a couple days ago and was wondering if you can help me I.D any issues with them? they had bubble algae so i did a hydrogen peroxide spray 50/50 with water and now i’m thinking these little tentacles aren’t part of their anatomy either? i also noticed the algae on a couple of stalks + they are now facing towards one direction(low to no flow) o_O

Do you dip your corals in Coral RX as well? It's hard to tell what the tentacles are, it doesn't look like vermited snail tubes I'd pull the piece out and use tweezers to remove it. For the algae, if you don't have a CuC I would lightly brush off with toothbrush and monitor that it doesn't come back.

no i only used a ketchup sized packet of some sort of coral dip that was given to me by the LFS. is there a dip you recommend for both corals and fish?

I use Coral RX, you don't have to buy it from BRS most LFS carry it or they should. Normally do a 5 min dip, rinse and the another. That might be overkill for folks but I have a clean system (knock on wood) for now.
