So I’ve gone through my food grade Caclium Chloride and found I had this stuff over winter for, well, the driveway… without realizing it’s a potential Calcium Chloride source.

Is this the right one?

Could be?

I have used UNSCENTED Damp Rid in a pinch for calcium chloride to bump Ca.

Not sure if your driveway salt is unscented, but I have heard of other folks using DowFlake in the past, 50lb bags from the hardware store with good results. I live in California so they don't sell melt for driveways locally.

People have successfully used it. It does have 2-3% potassium chloride according to the SDS so I would probably keep up with water changes if you are using it long term to avoid a build-up, but I would do that with any additive as none are 100% pure
