I have a 29 gallon bio cube with 21 lbs of rock, frogspawn frag, pink tip anemone, small yellow tang, orange and white clown, yellow clow. Golby, 3 turbo snails. What kind of Puffer dish can I put in here.

I would be very nervous about any of the puffers. I'm no expert but I wouldn't trust them not to nip, munch downright obliterate your coral.

Most Puffers require a very large tank (150 -180 gal). Even larger than your Yellow Tang does. Here's a puffer that stays very small and can be kept in a smaller tank. BUT, your tank is way overstocked already. A rule of thumb would be one inch of fish per five gallons of water. Trying to be diplomatic.

I salute your diplomacy. ;)

To the OP, I would say you have received very sound advice from these two reefers. I'd steer clear of any puffers.

I still think a Biocube 29 is too small for a Toby IMO. When LA says a 30 gallon tank, think of a 30L, which is 36" long.

I believe a full grown (3") Toby Puffer could be kept in a Biocube if it was a species tank (only fish) and had stepped up maintenance.
